What belongs in Discover
A simple name you are comfortable showing publicly—or no name at all. Room of Days supplies the rest of the card from the room’s generated style, build title, and level. A separate visitor page may contain only the cards its owner selected: Anyone cards for exact-code visitors, and additional Mutuals cards only after both people choose each other in Circle.
What does not belong
- harassment, threats, hateful or dehumanizing language;
- sexual exploitation, graphic sexual content, or anything that endangers a child;
- impersonation, fraud, spam, repeated solicitation, or illegal activity;
- someone else’s private information; or
- links, social handles, phone numbers, or other contact details.
Visitor cards are filtered and reportable. Never use them for contact, links, solicitations, or private information. “Only me” cards remain on the owner’s device; Circle relationships and blocks are private.
Block and report
Open a room from Discover or a visitor page and choose Block or report this keeper. Blocking removes that keeper’s current and future public rooms from Discover on your device, even if their code changes, and ends Mutuals access. Reporting is private; the keeper is not told who sent it. You can manage blocks from the Discover page.
Review and enforcement
The Room of Days developer reviews the report queue every day and aims to take action within 24 hours. A public name may be cleared, a listing may be removed, or a keeper may lose access to Discover. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to a permanent restriction. If public-name moderation cannot be maintained, public names will be disabled until review resumes.
Appeals and urgent concerns
To appeal an action or report a safety issue you could not submit in the app, email support@roomofdays.com. Include the room code if you have it, but never send a password or private Journal export. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for an in-app response.
